Maria is the driving force behind Plug, steering the team toward action over discussion. With extensive experience in innovation, digitalization, and strategy in finance and renewable energy, she is committed to accelerating port decarbonization and driving the maritime industry’s transition to net zero, delivering tangible results in emissions reduction and infrastructure modernization.

Tommy heads facility operations and maintenance at Plug. With extensive experience in management roles in various grid companies, including project management and overseeing low to high-voltage systems up to 132 kV, his specialization is in creating and implementing practical and sustainable shore power solutions.

Tord is responsible for the Plug's commercial activities and business development. He has consulting and banking experience and enjoys working where commercial thinking meets practical solutions. His focus is on creating value for customers and building partnerships that support Plug’s growth and long-term ambitions within onshore power and maritime electrification.

Plug's CFO, Hanne, ensures accurate financial reporting and shapes our financing strategy to support growth. With a background in auditing at EY, financial crime investigation, and accounting control, her passion for financial integrity drives her dedication.

Eyvind pairs solid energy-sector experience with proven expertise in product management. Committed to clarity and continuous improvement, he leads Plug Insight and other solutions that help ports and shipowners optimise zero-emission operations.

Christian is an experienced project manager skilled in developing functional shore power solutions for ports. With over 20 years of experience in purchasing and contract management, primarily in the energy industry, and a law degree, he brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

Camilla, Head of Business Development Southern Europe at Plug, leads market expansion, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across Southern Europe. Committed to building long-term partnerships and creating lasting value for customers and partners. Camilla holds MSc in International Business.

Erland, a Marine Engineer with a background from the Royal Norwegian Navy, combines his passion for sustainability with extensive strategy and hands-on expertise. His specialization lies in bridging business opportunities with technical solutions within the maritime domain.

Thor André has a background in electrical engineering, economics, and strategy. After 30 years of experience developing infrastructure ranging from high voltage power grids to broadband, he started developing shore power infrastructure as a means of lowering maritime emissions in 2017.

Hanne is Head of Business Development for Northern Europe, leading market expansion, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the region. She drives Plug’s growth by developing and strengthening key partnerships. Hanne has a background in consulting and shipping and holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration.

Steinar has experience from business development and project management, particularly in the maritime industry. He's eager to be part of Plug's mission to electrify the coastline, both domestically and abroad. Steinar's main focus is on exploring new opportunities, connecting with customers, and building partnerships to create a greener future.

Arnstein’s maritime journey began in the Royal Norwegian Navy and continued through treasury management in shipping and offshore. With a degree in financial economics, he now supports Plug’s financial team through analysis, forecasting, and controlling—helping accelerate maritime electrification with sustainable financial management.

Lars is a technical specialist emphasizing high and low voltage shore power systems, maintenance, and operational necessities. He has extensive experience as an electrician, spanning land and maritime projects, from constructing shore power infrastructures to upkeeping marine vessels.

Robert is an electrical engineer with extensive experience in management, project management of multidisciplinary projects, and operations and maintenance. Over the past 25 years, he has worked on both high and low voltage projects in various industries. Robert has a strong interest in electrification in the maritime sector.

Jardar has previous experience from working with the local utility company, with main focus on control systems and high-voltage installations in substations. Jardar has a proactive approach and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Lars Tore has experience from the utility sector, including grid operation and maintenance. He holds a higher professional degree in electrical engineering and has a practical, solution-oriented approach. Lars Tore is motivated by contributing to reliable and efficient electrical infrastructure.

Gunnar leads Plug Nord and Plugs development in Northern Norway. His role centers on business development, sales, and collaborating with Plug's project managers on northern initiatives. He brings experience as a sales engineer, financial advisor, and a former CEO of a contractor company.

Helene holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management. She has hands-on operational experience from construction site management, and has also worked as a consultant delivering analysis and improvements projects and supporting major procurement processes. This mix enables her to manage complex projects effectively.

Roselind has in-depth knowledge of the maritime industry and is excited to contribute to more sustainable ports across Europe. With previous experience as Business Manager Shore Power at the Port of Rotterdam and an MSc in Urban, Port and Transport Economics, she is committed to identifying opportunities to accelerate the adoption of shore power in ports.

Svein is an electrical engineer with a passion for shore power, charging and electrification. Based in Lofoten, he works on electrifying the coastline of northern Norway. Svein has prior experience from planning and operation of power grids, as well as hydropower production.
