Hanne Ruus is responsible for Plug’s financial management, reporting, and financing strategy, supporting the company’s growth and long-term development.

She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has a strong background in financial reporting, accounting control, and financial analysis. Her experience spans auditing, financial crime investigation, and controller roles within complex and regulated environments.

At Plug, Hanne ensures financial transparency, robust governance, and reliable decision support across the organization. She plays a key role in aligning financial integrity with operational and commercial ambitions, helping build a solid financial foundation for Plug’s continued expansion within shore power and maritime electrification.
