Throughout her career, Maria has led initiatives spanning electrification, digitalization, and business development, with particular emphasis on enabling the transition to low- and zero-emission solutions in regulated industries. She has broad experience working at the intersection of public authorities, infrastructure owners, and commercial partners.

In addition to her role at Plug, Maria holds several board positions and contributes to industry working groups related to energy transition and e-mobility.
