He holds a degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has a background spanning consulting, financial services, and corporate strategy. His experience includes customer transformation, commercial analysis, and the development of growth strategies in complex, regulated environments.

At Plug, Tord focuses on creating long-term value for customers and partners by translating commercial insight into scalable, real-world solutions. He works closely with ports, stakeholders, and internal teams to build partnerships that support Plug’s growth and the broader transition toward onshore power and maritime electrification.
